Nash Electrical Services are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety. In order to keep up with updates and amendments to the regulations, we regularly attend seminars and education courses to ensure that our installations comply with the very latest regulations to ensure the highest measure of safety.
During our work we ensure that we comply with both electrical safety regulations as well as general health and safety practices. On completion of works, any circuit which has been extended or altered in any way is subjected to electrical testing which confirms the safety and integrity of the circuit. We will then issue you with an NICEIC certificate to prove that the work has been inspected and tested and is in a safe condition.
Whist carrying out any job the ‘fundamental safety requirements’ of the installation are given a visual inspection and anything which is not compliant with current electrical regulations is pointed out, explained, discussed with the customer and recorded in writing on the certificate.
The NICEIC oversee Nash Electrical Services’ Health and Safety procedures to ensure that the highest standard is being maintained. Our company annually undergoes a detailed inspection and assessment which includes a check of:
-
The quality of its completed and ongoing work by site visits chosen at random by the inspector;
-
Working procedures by site visits and an inspection of our certification;
-
Level of staff competency through qualifications and technical questioning;
-
Safety of Plant and equipment including calibration records and suitability of all electrical test instruments;
-
Insurances – ensure all necessary insurance is in place and suitable for our type of work;
-
Customer satisfaction through discussions with customers chosen at random - we are also asked to provide a list of complaints if we have received any.
